Own a pediatric ABA center. Never build alone.
NCCh LLC is the franchisor and management services organization (MSO) behind Hopeful Therapies, a Florida network of pediatric Applied Behavior Analysis therapy centers. We license the brand, the compliance infrastructure, and the operating systems that four working centers run on every day — so clinician-owners can focus on children and families.
Franchise offers are made only through a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) in accordance with the FTC Franchise Rule and applicable state law. See the disclaimer below.
Hopeful Therapies™ — the brand our franchisees license.
Everything a center needs that isn't clinical care
Clinical decisions always belong to licensed and certified professionals. NCCh LLC provides the non-clinical backbone — the systems, policies, and administrative services that let a BCBA-led center operate compliantly from day one.
Compliance & Policy Library
A maintained library of operational policies — clinical documentation standards, fraud/waste/abuse prevention, utilization review, incident reporting, sensory equipment protocols, and AI-use governance — mapped to BACB, AHCA, and Florida Medicaid requirements.
Credentialing & Payer Enrollment
Provider enrollment and credentialing support across Florida Medicaid SMMC plans and commercial payers, including RBT and BCBA roster management and revalidation tracking.
Billing & Revenue Cycle
Claims submission workflows, EOB reconciliation, denial management, and authorization tracking designed specifically for ABA CPT codes and Medicaid managed care.
Recruiting, Training & Retention
RBT hiring analytics, structured onboarding, a behavioral-anchored performance evaluation system, and a four-pillar retention program built to reduce technician turnover.
Brand & Family Experience
License to the Hopeful Therapies brand identity, caregiver communication templates, center environment standards, and family-facing materials in English and Spanish.
Quality Assurance & Audit
Internal audit protocols, pre-submission documentation review tooling, supervisor feedback loops, and corrective action frameworks with a non-punitive, improvement-first design.
Four centers in Central Florida run this playbook today
The Hopeful Therapies model was not designed on a whiteboard. It is operated daily by Neurodevelopmental Center for Children, dba Hopeful Therapies, across four company centers — the same systems, policies, and tools offered to franchisees.

Pathways into the network
Open a new franchise center
For BCBAs and qualified operators ready to launch a Hopeful Therapies center in a new territory. NCCh LLC supports site selection, buildout standards, licensure and enrollment, staffing, and opening operations under the franchise agreement.
Convert an existing ABA practice
For established practices seeking a stronger brand, compliance infrastructure, and payer operations. Conversion pathways preserve your clinical team while upgrading the operating layer.
Management services only (MSO)
For independent centers that want administrative services — credentialing, billing, HR systems, compliance tooling — without a brand license. Clinical autonomy remains fully with the practice.

Built on the standards that govern ABA in Florida
Every policy and system in the network is mapped to its governing source. Franchisees inherit that mapping instead of building it from scratch.
